'The Creature in Ogopogo Lake' is a book about mystery. Four children, Henry, Jessie, Violet and Benny Alden, are the main characters of the story. They were actually going for a holiday at the Ogopogo Resort in Peachland with their grandfather, but happened to be in the middle of a mystery instead. This book describe of how they solve the mystery and help prevent the Resort owner from selling the resort as the owner is planning to sell the resort in need of money. The owner had to sell the resort as she needed money badly, but she doesn't want to. The Aldens children managed to solve the riddle to a treasure which was left for the owner, so in the end, the owner does not need to sell the resort.I enjoy reading this book. This book can be categorized under Mystery and fantasy. The story is not a real one as there is no such thing as Ogopogo monster in the lake.
